“Clear As Rain”, group show, Kittery Art Association

I included two very new larger watercolors in this show that have been very well-received. I wish I had a dollar for every time I said “thank you” last night for praise! Feels great!

About artinsmallplaces

I am Daryl-Ann Hurst, (also using Daryl-Ann Dartt Hurst), an artist and writer, who is also interested in antiques, travel and the outdoors. I am hoping to use this blog to meld all of the interests. I was born and raised in California, have a BA in art, have been published in the New England Antiques Journal and have photography on the Gulf of Maine's website. I have shown paintings and prints nationally since 1978.

  1. Greetings from just up the road. Well, I do pass through Pepperell Cove on my way to collect seaweed this time of year for our garden.
In this practice of blogging, I do once in a while yield to honors, and one consequence is that I’ve nominated you for a Butterfly Lighting Award. The details will be in a posting tomorrow (Wednesday) at Jnana’s Red Barn, where I’ll link to you regardless of your decision to follow through. Thanks for doing what you are online, and my best regards for your presentations ahead. In the meantime, take a bow in the spotlight.
